Print Policy
When your DTF order is ready, what we need from your file, and what happens if something goes wrong. Last updated October 2026.
1. When your order is ready
We print Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Central. We do not print on weekends, no exceptions.

All times are Central. Ready means ready for pickup at 3030 Knolin Dr. If you choose shipping, we print on the same schedule and shipping time is added.

2. Rush processing
Rush moves your DTF gang sheet order to the front of the print queue. Rush is available on business days only. Rush orders placed after 3 PM, or at any time over the weekend, are the first orders printed on the next business day.
3. Pickup
Local pickup is free at 3030 Knolin Dr, Bossier City, LA 71112. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
After 5pm. Once your order shows ready for pickup, call (318) 584-7210 and ask us to leave it outside for you.
Store hours are listed at the bottom of this page. The shop is open Saturday morning, but nothing is printed on weekends.
4. Shipping
We ship nationwide, and shipping is free on orders over $100. Shipped orders are printed on the schedule above, and shipping time depends on the method you choose. See our shipping policy for details.
5. Your files
We print exactly what you upload. What you see on screen when you check out is what we print, so check your artwork before you place the order.
- File type. Use a PNG with a transparent background. A JPEG prints with a white box around the design.
- Resolution. Aim for 300 PPI at the size you want printed. An image saved from a website is almost always too low resolution.
- Color. We accept RGB and CMYK files, but prefer CMYK due to color accuracy.
- Gang sheet builder. The builder flags low-resolution files when you upload them.
- Pre-made gang sheets. Uploading a sheet built in another program is intended for experienced customers. We print those files exactly as submitted.

6. Reprints and problems
If the problem is on our end
If your order is misprinted or damaged on our end, we reprint it.
If the problem is in your file
If we catch a file issue before printing, we'll contact you. We can't guarantee we'll catch every one, because we run high volume on an automated workflow. Because we print exactly what you upload, a file issue that isn't caught before printing remains yours to resolve.
If a transfer isn't adhering or washing well
Contact us. Send photos and your press settings: temperature, time, pressure, peel, and post-press. We'll look at it with you and work out whether it is a print issue or an application issue.
How to report a problem
Call (318) 584-7210 or email info@creativedesignsupply.com as soon as you notice it. Include your order number and clear photos of the printed sheet and, for a pressing issue, the garment. Refunds and returns are covered in our refund policy.

These settings are for DTF transfers printed by Creative Design & Supply. Other suppliers' transfers may differ.
