If it is a file issue and we catch it before printing, we will contact you. We run high volume on an automated workflow, so we can’t guarantee we catch every file issue.

How fast is turnaround?
Orders in by 12pm Central, Monday through Friday, print the same day. Shipped orders go out that day. Pickup orders are ready by 5pm, and after-hours pickup is available by calling once your order shows ready. Rush is $25 and moves a gang sheet to the front of the queue.
Are your transfers hot peel or cold peel?
Hot peel. Press at 285°F for 15 seconds with firm pressure, peel while hot, then post-press for 5 seconds.
How much does DTF cost?
$9.95 for the first foot and $5 for each additional foot on a 22 inch wide sheet, which works out to about 2 cents per square inch on longer sheets. There are no volume tiers, setup fees or account fees.
How accurate is the job estimator?
It nests your designs with 0.25 inch spacing and rounds up to the next foot. The gang sheet builder sets the final price, and it may fit your designs a little tighter.
What does UV DTF cost?
UV DTF sheets are 22 inches wide. A 4 inch sheet is $18, a 12 inch sheet is $22 and a 24 inch sheet is $34.
Does UV DTF print the same day?
Same-day printing applies to DTF gang sheets. Email us for current UV DTF turnaround.
Can you handle a large order?
Yes. No order is too big or too small, from a single foot to hundreds of feet.
Can I get a free sample?
Yes. Email your logo, or a few of your designs, to tyler@creativedesignsupply.com with your shop name and we will print them on a free 1 foot sheet. Samples are free for shops in Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama and Oklahoma.
Do you offer resale tax exemption?
