Check out by noon
Orders in by 12pm Central, Monday through Friday, print the same day. Later orders are ready by 5pm the next business day. Rush moves gang sheets to the front of the queue.
Pick up or ship
Pick up at 3030 Knolin Dr by 5pm. After 5pm, call once your order shows ready and we'll leave it outside. We also ship nationwide.

Use transparent PNGs at 300 DPI at print size. Press at 285°F for 15 seconds with firm pressure, then a 5 second post-press.

What is wholesale DTF?
Wholesale DTF means buying printed direct-to-film transfers at production pricing instead of retail, then pressing them onto garments you sell. Print shops, embroidery shops, screen printers, and promo companies use it to offer full-color decoration without running a DTF printer.
Can I offer DTF without owning a DTF printer?
Yes. Order finished gang sheets or transfers and apply them with the heat press you already own. You skip the printer, the powder and curing system, and the software.
Should I buy a DTF printer or outsource my transfers?
Outsourcing usually makes sense while your DTF volume is new, seasonal, or still growing. Owning a printer starts to pay off when volume is steady and high enough to cover equipment, supplies, maintenance, and labor. If you already own one, send us your overflow and rush jobs. How much do wholesale DTF gang sheets cost?
Our 22 inch wide gang sheets start at $9.95 for the first foot, then $5 for each additional foot. A 10 ft sheet is $54.95, about 2.1 cents per square inch, and the longer the sheet, the lower your cost per square inch. Shipping is free on orders over $100, and local pickup in Bossier City is free.

How fast can I get my transfers?
DTF orders placed by 12pm Central, Monday through Friday, are ready for pickup by 5pm the same day. Orders after the cutoff are ready by 5pm the next business day. Rush moves gang sheets to the front of the queue. UV DTF and sticker orders follow our standard 24 to 48 hour turnaround.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If the problem is on our end, we reprint it. If it's a file issue on your end and we catch it before printing, we'll contact you, but we can't guarantee that because we run high volume on an automated workflow. Check your sheet before you check out. See our print policy for details.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can order through the gang sheet builder like anyone else. If you resell and want tax-exempt orders, email Tyler your resale certificate and we'll set your account up.
What file format do you need?

Do you ship, or is this pickup only?

What press settings do you recommend?
Press at 285°F for 15 seconds with firm pressure, then follow with a 5 second post-press.
Is DTF better than screen printing for small runs?
For short runs, usually yes. DTF has no screens or setup, handles full color and fine detail, and prints one piece as easily as one hundred. Screen printing is typically the better value for large runs of the same simple design. Many shops use both.
