Refund Policy
All sales are final! Creative Design & Supply, LLC does NOT offer refunds or exchanges except in cases of damage provided the customer notifies us within two days of purchase, can provide proof of purchase and damage is clearly not the fault of the Customer. In cases of damage we will provide the customer with an exchange only (no refund) of the exact product purchased.
